Leads
The main goal of using our software is getting leads from every portal. Learn how to manage those leads.
Under the Leads tab you can see all of the leads your dealership has received from every portal.


  • Our default sort is set to all active listings in the past 30 days. To see leads older than 30 days, click All at the top right.
  • On the left are the sort filters you can use to find leads effectively.
  • To the right are exclude filters. By default, Exclude Archived leads is selected. If you want to see leads on Archive (possibly sold) properties, uncheck the Archived check box.
  • Below the exclude filters is a drop-down for Bulk actions. You can Delete, Flag/Unflag, and Export to CSV (Excel). Prior to selecting these options, the check boxes of the leads have to be selected first.
  • Flagging is a tool you should use to tell yourself you have already called the lead, etc. Use the Flag like you use it in Microsoft Outlook with your emails.

Exporting Leads

There are 2 types of leads that are exported through our system: text and CSV. The text lead is exported to the agent that posted the ad. If all leads need to go to the same email address, you must put the same e-mail address in all of the accounts under Settings > Users. This is also the same for the phone number.

You have the option to export leads to a CSV (Excel spreadsheet) by using the Bulk Export option.  Be sure to have a check in the check box of the leads you would like to export.

Call Tracking Leads

Call tracking is a useful feature that tells you exactly where your calls are coming from.  Be sure to capture important information such as their name and e-mail address.  You can edit this information within the application by clicking on the lead name.  Update the information so that later if there is a price reduction they will receive an automatic e-mail from you.

If the user does not enter an extension when calling, the lead will say Manual call. This means you will need to go into the lead and attach them to the property they are calling about.  You can do this by clicking on the lead name.
