Under Leads > Notifications, we have auto responder settings. By default, the potential buyer will receive an email from the agent (email set under Settings > Users). By entering a fallback email address, if there is no email address in the User or there isn't a sales person selected it will prevent the email from coming from: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Therefore, you want to enter your email address so your potential buyers can reply to you.

You can change around the email that is sent out by selecting the Keywords on the right and populating it in the information in the box. These Keywords will automatically populate the information under Settings > Account and Settings > Users.

You can also choose to turn off this option by unchecking Enable Initial E-Lead AutoResponders.

There is also a Price Reduction Notification. This sends out an automatic e-mail to leads on a property you change the price for. Please note that the e-mail will only go to leads that are attached to the property the price is changed on.

Once again, you can change around the Keywords and reword the e-mail to your liking.

Once you have everything adjusted, click the SAVE button to save your settings.
