The issue: When trying to post to Craigslist, after you are on Step 2 of 3 and you click Send to Craigslist, Craigslist pops up but no photos are showing.

First, we need to determine the exact issue.
If you see the banner but do not see the car photos, skip down to Method 4.
If no images are showing at all in Craigslist, go through Methods 1-3, one at a time to see which one works.

Method 1: Erase Browsing History
Internet Explorer

- Start Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History.
- In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, click Delete Files.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.

Method 2: Verify that the Show Pictures option has not been turned off

If the Show Pictures option in Internet Explorer is turned off, you cannot see pictures. To determine whether the Show Pictures option is turned off, follow these steps:

- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab, and then verify that the Show Pictures check box is selected under Multimedia. (scroll about 2/3 down)
- Click OK.

Determine whether you can now see pictures. If you still cannot see pictures, try method 3.

Method 3: Enable Displaying Mixed Content and Disable XSS Filter

We need to make sure that your computer is set up to enable Web pages to run the way that they were designed to.

To do this, follow these steps:

- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab, and then click Custom Level
- Scroll down (around 2/3 of the way down) to Display Mixed Content and click Enable
- Scroll down (near the bottom) to Enable XSS Filter and click Disable
- Click OK for both option windows. - Close all Internet Explorer browsers and restart the browser.

Check whether you can now see pictures.

Method 4: Banner is showing but car photos are not

In Lot Vantage, if you Pasted information in the Description part of the vehicle, you might have copied some HTML that will not allow the car photos to display. We can test by cutting the description to see if this is the issue.

- Click Inventory and then go to Post to Craigslist of the vehicle with the issue.
- Here on Step 1 of 3, highlight the description that is down towards the bottom.
- Hold Ctrl and press X. This will Cut the description out. (but still have it copied)
- Click Save and Continue
- Scroll down through Step 2 of 3 and click Send to Craigslist
- When Craigslist opens, you should be able to view your car photos. If they are still not there, you will need to contact Lot Vantage Support.
- Now you need to Paste your description back in Step 1 of 3. Get back to that page and click inside the description box. Now hold Ctrl and press V for Paste. Click Save and Continue
